Today I had a plumber from Everest, solve my flooding basement. I just called yesterday evening, snowstorm in Toronto and was given a 9 am appointment. I really wasn't sure that anyone would be available given the weather. Tenzen let me know at 9 that he would be there shortly. He took his time evaluating my >100year old home and determined exactly what the problem was......tree roots encroaching on the drain leaving my house. This was cone with a scoping camera and now I know that in the summer I will need to upgrade from my 'building trap', a configuration of pipes that is essentially a 'U' that collects debris. I will ask them back to correct this in the summer. Tenzen was gracious, intelligent, pleasant and very respectful of my home. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable and he did take his time to explain the issues and left me with a diagram explaining the problem and what he did to rectify the issues. I highly recommend Everest plumbing. This is probably the 4th time they have come to my home in Moore Park and I have recommended them to many friends. Indra Khadka from Everest did an amazing job, repairing and refinishing the floor so we could install new carpet, over the Christmas season.
